Who Killed Asmodean

If they ever said who killed him I have since forgotten. I don't think Jordan has said who killed him though. As far as I can remember the only thing we know is that Asmodean knew them.

It has never been answered. Sanderson said it has been revealed by Jordan in the notes and Sanderson is including it. So stay tuned kiddies. We know for a fact that this will be answered.
